Outbound telephone research centre based on Asterisk.

queXS

QueXS is a web based CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) system. It can be used to operate outbound telephone research centres.

queXS uses a "call outcome" model (instead of a "case outcome" model) to manage cases within the CATI system. The outcome of each call is recorded by the operator using temporary and final AAPOR codes. queXS decides the best way to proceed with a case based on all previous call outcomes. Due to this model, it handles cases with multiple phone numbers very well.

queXS can operate your outbound telephone research centre. It integrates with the Asterisk VoIP Server, uses AAPOR Standard Outcome codes and only requires a web browser to operate.

Features:

*- Integration with Asterisk for automatic dialing from the web browser and automatic call outcome coding
*- Appointments can be made easily with automatic time zone calculations
*- Only a web browser and a VoIP client required to operate on the client side
*- Only relies on Open Source software to operate: Server requires PHP 5 or greater, MySQL 5 or greater, and AdoDB.
*- Client view of the project with statistics
*- Stores case outcomes in AAPOR Standard Definition format
*- Intelligently imports sample information from a CSV file

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
